Your Legal Rights
You have certain rights under data protection laws regarding your personal information. These rights include:
- Request Access: You may request access to your personal information (commonly known as a “data subject access request”). This allows you to obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you and verify that we are processing it lawfully.
- Request Correction: You have the right to request the correction of any incomplete or inaccurate personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify the accuracy of the new information you provide to us.
- Request Erasure: You may request the deletion or removal of your personal information when there is no valid reason for us to continue processing it. You also have the right to request deletion if you have successfully objected to the processing (see below), if we have processed your information unlawfully, or if we are required to erase your personal information to comply with local law. Please note that we may not always be able to comply with your request for specific legal reasons, which will be communicated to you when applicable.
- Object to Processing: You may object to the processing of your personal information when we rely on legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation that makes you object to the processing, especially if you believe it impacts your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes. In certain circumstances, we may demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for continuing to process your information, which override your rights and freedoms.

We will provide your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This right applies only to automated information that you originally consented to provide or that we used to perform a contract with you.
- Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent at any time when we rely on consent to process your personal information. This will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before your withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide you with certain products or services, and we will inform you of this at the time of your withdrawal.
Regarding the Exercise of Your Rights:
No Fee Required: You will generally not have to pay a fee to access your personal information or to exercise any of your rights. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive, or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in such circumstances.
What We Need From You:
To help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal information (or to exercise any of your other rights), we may ask you to provide specific information. This is a security measure designed to prevent unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Additionally, we may contact you to request further details regarding your request in order to expedite our response.
We aim to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. However, if your request is particularly complex or if you have submitted multiple requests, it may take us longer to respond. In such cases, we will notify you and keep you informed of the status of your request.

We ask that you refrain from sending or disclosing any sensitive personal information to us, such as Social Security numbers, details concerning racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, health information, biometric or genetic characteristics, criminal history, or trade union membership, whether through our services or by any other means.
